NG Activator

Fast, secure alarm activation for NeighbourGuard members — right from your phone.

Install on Android

  1. Tap Download NG Activator above (or open the link on your phone).
  2. When asked, allow your browser to install unknown apps — this one-time prompt is normal for apps outside the Play Store.
  3. Open the downloaded .apk file and tap Install, then Open.
  4. Choose Main Member or Family Member and sign in once — you stay signed in afterwards.

NG Responder

Live alarm alerts for the responders who cover your zones — with one-tap “On my way” and a live map to the person in need.

Install on Android

  1. Tap Download NG Responder above (or open the link on the responder's phone).
  2. When asked, allow the browser to install unknown apps — this one-time prompt is normal for apps outside the Play Store.
  3. Open the downloaded .apk file and tap Install, then Open.
  4. Sign in with your phone number and the SMS code we text you — no password, no community code.

Only phone numbers registered as a responder (by a community, zone or household administrator) can sign in — you'll then see activations from everywhere your number is registered. Full install guide →
